About RHEC
Chartered Professional Engineer Ryan Hayden brings extensive experience across structural and mechanical engineering, including temporary structures, commercial and residential projects.
That broad, cross-disciplinary background is particularly valuable in the niche and creative projects RHEC is known for—where structural, mechanical and practical considerations often overlap. Ryan provides lead engineering input to unusual structures, one-off systems and complex projects that benefit from experienced judgement and a practical understanding of how things are built and used.
Project administration
Janetta Hayden is RHEC’s Project Administrator, with a particular focus on Building Consent Exemptions, regulatory guidance and project coordination for temporary structures.
She works with clients, contractors and regulatory authorities to coordinate information, documentation and communication throughout the approval process.
Within RHEC, Janetta also contributes across marketing, business development and accounts, supporting the wider operation and growth of the practice.
With a Bachelor of Visual Arts and a Diploma of Arts in Social Anthropology, Janetta brings a strong understanding of creative practice, people and public-facing environments to her work—particularly relevant across events, entertainment, installations and temporary structures.
